Volunteers have come together from across the country and even into Canada to support our nonprofit. We now have an amazing platform with many plans still to unfold. We are growing fast. The only limitation? Hours in a day and volunteers joining in! (Such is the world of nonprofits!)
At this point, you have a pretty good idea who 'Savvy' is and now we would like to get to know you better. Which position interests you? Let's find a meaningful role, task or project that is right for you.

Have an eye for graphic design? We are seeking a volunteer to create one eye catching infographic a month. We provide the content and branding, you provide the creativity and technical skills! Infographics are tip focused, fun and used both online with our blog posts and tools for our Chapters. We use Canva and will train, but you may use the software of your choice.
Volunteer Development Role
Help Savvy manage our volunteer opportunities! We are seeking an organized individual who will post open volunteer opportunities, flag people who may be suited for an open position, close filled position postings, and follow-up with new volunteers to ensure they are up and running. The roles and content are created for you - we just need someone to help with the warm-and-fuzzies. Time commitment: 2 hours a month.
Volunteer Welcome Ambassador
Enjoy encouraging others? Savvy is seeking a “cheerleader” to support our growing team of volunteers. Interact with Savvy volunteers in the VIP lounge, provide support, tips, words of encouragement and online camaraderie within the group. Our volunteer team is a hidden gem and we would love to give them more attention. There is a lot of room here to have fun, nurture and educate. Time commitment: 1x/week online interaction.
HR Consultant Opportunity
Are you, or someone you know, savvy with business development? The Savvy Women's Alliance is in search of a Business/HR consultant. Moving from a start-up to a fast growing non profit organization, we are seeking guidance with our continued growth. Hiring employees, handling payroll, creating a handbook...how do we transition towards that next step? This is not from scratch as we do have much of the structure in place - CPA, bookkeeper, many policies etc, but would like a strategic big picture guidance as we create a base to bring on two employees. Prefer a Boston based consultant to work our Executive Director with us January-March.
Your contribution as a Savvy Women's Alliance volunteer will create support for women across the world. It is true, and we hope you have a chance to feel the impact. The roles our volunteers play are diverse, yet we are unified by a want to do more and to make a difference.
We encourage our volunteers to become Savvy Women's Alliance member's if they are not already. Membership dues of $36.00 include a copy of Little Changes as well as access to the Savvy Cafe, where our online VIP Volunteer Lounge (discussion room) is hosted. The annual membership is one way we can cover the operations of the our national nonprofit, allowing us to create educational tools, events and reach.
